Refund policy

Returns 
All items can be returned within 30 days on receipt of shipment in most cases. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It's available for defective, damaged, or lost package only. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, unused, unwashed, and odor-free. And it must also be attached to original tags and in the original packaging. Any gifts or accessories those were sent with item must be returned together with your order.

The charge of the return package should be paid by customers. If the items are received on defective, damage, or other similar reason, please make photos on the package as a record, and contact us by message or email to apply a return from our customer service team.

Each return order will be charged 20% of the order amount as a restocking fee.


Return without any contact or confirmation with us in advance is not acceptable. Please contact us if you need to return anything. We will send you our instructions for your return. A tracking number is a must for your return package. After we receive your package, we will handle for you in 10 days.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
